I Hannibal Bartley of the Parish of Ruanlanyhorne in the County of Cornwall Yeoman being of sound and perfect and disposing mind Memory and Understanding do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking all former and other Will & Wills my me made in manner following that is to say

First I do give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Elizabeth Bartley the Sum of fifty Pounds of lawfaull Money of Great Britain and the Bed on which we usually sleep with the Bedding and Furniture thereto belonging over and above the Fifty Pounds which she my said wife has lately laid out in her own Name in the Truro Bank

Also I Give unto my Daughter Elizabeth now the Wife of John Bond Fifty Pounds and to Ann the Wife of Richard Williams Thirty Pounds to be paid to them respectively at the End of one Year next after my Decease and to my Daughter Mary the Wife of Zacharias Collett, for her Sole & seperate Use and to be paid into her own Hands and in no wise Subject to the intermeddling or Control Debts or Engagements of her said Husband, the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid her in forty Shillings a Year for the first Ten Years next after my Decease the first Payment to be made at the End of Twelve Months next after my Decease and If she shall happen to dye before Ten Years are expired from my Death, Then I give the Remainder of the said Twenty Pounds Legacy that shall be unpaid at my said Daughters Decease to and amongst such Children as she shall leave behind her in equal Shares & Portions-

All the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattles, Credits — Effects and Personal Estate Wwhatsoever of what Nature Kind or sort soever I do give and bequeath to by two Sons John & William Bartley, to be equally divided between them share & share alike they paying my Debts & funeral Charges and the Legacies and Annuity by this my Will given and bequiathed And I do hereby make nominate & Constitute them my said Sons John Bartley & William Bartley Executors of this my last Will and Testament for their own use & Benefit In Witness whereof I the said Hannibal Bartley have hereto Set my Hand & Seal the Eighthe Day of December In the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & Seventy five 1775——
