Note: The three know children of Nicholas and Margaret Hill were Mary Hill, Joan Hill and George Hill. Though the will does not state relationships in every case, it may be considered that the three heirs memtioned by name as Mary wife of George Couch, Joan wife of John Adams and George Hill are those three children. Also: Of course Joan Hill and her parents Nicholas and Margaret are but inlaws, being 'step-mother and step-grandparents as Joan was John Adams' first wife and not the actual mother of my 4th great grandmother Sarah Bath, John Adams' second wife.
