I John Adams of the Parish of Laneast in the County of Cornwall Yeoman revoking all and other Wills by me made do make and ordain this and no other to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

first of all I give and bequeath unto my daughter inglish Evens of the parish of Lewanick one Guinea to be paid by my Son George Adams out of my Estate called Palmery

Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Smieth of the Parish of St Ginnis one Guinea to be paid by my Son George Adams out of Palmery

Also I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Vosper the parish of Lewannick one Guinea

Also I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Joan Pardon of the Parish of Northpetherwin one Guinea

Also I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Hender of the Parish of Alternon one Guinea

Also I give and Bequeath unto my daughter Honour Ham of the Parish of St. Minver one Guinea the last four Guineas are to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named at the end of one year after by disease -

Also I give and Bequeath unto my son George Adams of the Parish of Alternon my Estate called Palmery in the Parish of Laneast with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging

paying unto my Daughter Christian Adams forty shillings a year yearly and every year during her life if my right and interest in the same so long continue Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Christian Adams one feather Bed

Also I give and bequeath unto my Son William Adams of the Parish of Egloskery one Guinea a year yearly and every year to be paid out of my estate called Southard in Tregare in the Parish of Egloskery

Lastly I give all the rest residue and remainder of my Estates Goods and Chattles monney or security for monney whatsoever or wheresoever they may be found not given nor Bequeathed I give unto my son John Adams and do appoint him to be my whole and sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament to him to injoy and possess and I do hereby utterly revoke and disannul all and every former Will by me made in anywise ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

Also I intrust the keeping of my dauaghter Christian Adams to the care of my Executor she [Christian Adams] not being able to care for herself to sustain and maintain in a desent manner so long as she shall live but if it should so happen my Son John Adams Adams my Executor should die before my daughter Christain Adams I Bind my estate called Southards in Tregare to maintain hir so long as she shall live at the discresion of my Daughter Sarah Hender shee [Christian Adams] being an idiott

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of November 1801 one thousand eight hundred and one --

The before written Will of the beforenamed John Adams deced is a true Copy compared and examined with the Original this 27 day of April 1804 by us

The before written Will of the before named John Adams deced was proved in Common form 18th February 1803 before Edmund Gilbert Clerk Master of Arts Official etc And Admion of all and singular the Goods etc of the said deced and anyway concerning the said Will was granted to John Adams the Son of the said deced and sole Executor named in the said Will Being first sworn etc saving etc
