   Herein is given information on the Hender families related to St Minver and some of their likely and apparent connnections. It is a work in progress and so it will appear to be of such. The information collected is from differing sources such as LDs IGI extrations as well as the OPC Cornwall Parish database information and their extrations. Extrations and also transcription errors occur. Thus some events may have some differing dates, but not intentionally so. I strive to report what I have found. And I am also human after all myself. Before I attempt family tree connections, a list of events and dates are given that I have not yet associated other than the single event's reported. Other such events and their dates are arranged in family groupings as best as I am able. Some persons have a number which I have given them per my own Hender database I keep.

  This Ralfe/Ralph Hender appears to have had two wives and a sizeable family by each. Elizabeth 'Godafray' his first wife died in 1592 a year after the birth of his son Christopher Hender. Then Ralph waits until two years and then marries a second wife Margerie Cotle in 1594 by whom he then has six more children. The 12 children family is not that large as three of the first 6 die young and so does 2 or 3 of the next 6. This leaves but a family of 6 or 7 children that may have reached adulthood.

This George Hender I make Ralph's son. He marries, had a daughter and appears to have died shortly
after his one child's birth.

 This William Hender, Gentleman of Tintagell, has no known relation to the St Minver Hender
families. He has three known sons by his wife Joan/Joane Plumleigh, who looks to have died
about a year and a half after her third son's baptism.
