This is the last Will and Testament of me Jenny Moon of Treween in the Parish of Liskeard in the County of Cornwall Widow

I give to my Sons Nicholas Moon and Cornelius Moon one Guinea each and to each of my Grand Sons Joseph Moon and Charles Moon (Sons of Joseph Moon deceased) three Guineas apiece.

I give and devise all my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and whether the same be in possesion reversion remainder or expectaney unto by three Daughters Jenny Stephens Elizabeth Moon and Ann Hingston their Hiers and assigns forever equally to be diviede between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants And by virtue and in exercise of the power and authority given to or rested in me by the Will of my Mother Elizabeth Morshead deceased and of all and every other power and powers whatsoever enabling me in this behalf

I do hereby give devise and bequeath all and every such goods Chattels Money and Personal Estate whatsoever as were given devised and bequeathed to me in trust for my Separate Use by the Will of my said Mother unto my said three daughters Jenny Stephens, Elizabeth Moon, and Ann Hingston their Executors Administrators and Assignees respectively equally to be divided between them And I do appoint that the Trustees of the said Estate Monies and premises under the Will of my said Mother or the Survivor of them, his executors or administrators shall stand possessed of and interested in the same Intrust for my said Daughters their executors Administrators and Assigns respectively in equal shares and proportions.

I give and bequeath all my Money and Securites for Money Goods and Chattles not hereinbefore given or disposed of and all the residue of my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever after payment of my just Debts funeral and testamentary Expenses and the aforesaid Legacies unto John Raby of Keverell in the parish of Saint Martins in the said County of Cornwall Yeoman and William Lord of the parish of Saint Germans in the same County Yeoman Upon the trusts nevertheless and to and for the intents and purposes hereinafter declared and expressed of and concerning the same (that is to say) In trust for my said three Daughters Jenny Stephens, Elizabeth Moon and Ann Hingston their Executors Administrators and Assigns respectively equally to be divided between them share and share alike Provided Always and my Will is that the shares of them my said Daughters repectively of and in the said personal Estate Monies and Premises hereinbefore by me given and devised limited and appointed respectively shall go and be paid to and that the Trustees or Trustee thereof respectively for the time being shall stand possessed of the same In trust for the sole and separate use and benefit and to be at the absolute disposal of them my said daughters repectively according to their said several shares therein exclusive of their or either of their present or future husbands or husband and without being subject or liable to the Controul debts or engagements of any such husbands reslpectively And I declare that the receipt and receipts of them my said daughters repectively shall be good and sufficient discharge to the trustees or trustee of the said Estate Monies and Premises for the whole as such of the said shares respectively as in such receipt or receipts Shall be or Acknowledged to be received.

I appoint the said John Raby and William Lord Executors In Trust of this my Will and I devise that they my said Trustees or Trustee respectively shall be answerable and chargeable for said Estate Monies and Effects only as they respectively shall actively receive by virtue of the trusts of this my Will And that such as of them shall be answerable for the other of them, but such of them for his own Acts receipts neglects and wilful defaults only And revoking all other Wills I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Jenny Moon the Testatrix have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ten 1810.

The before written Will of the before named Jenny Moon Widow deced is a true Copy Compared & examined with the Original this 12th day of May 1820 By us.

The before written Will of the before named Jenny Moon Widow deced was Proved in common form 27th April 1815 Before Edmund Gilbert Clerk Master of Arts Official etc. And Administration of all and Singular the Goods etc of the said deced, or any way concerning the said Will was and is granted to John Raby one of Executors In trust named in the said Will with Reservation for swearing William Lord the other Exec. In trust. When etc.
