I Mary Luskey of the Parish of Lewanick in the County of Cornwall Spinster make this my last Will and Testament in manner following "That is to say"--

First - I resign my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God hoping for a Resurrection to eternal Happiness through the Merits of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ and My Body I wish to be decently intured at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named and appointed --

2nd - As to the Worldly Goods wherewith it hath please God to bless me I dispose of them, as follows --------

That Overt Land Estate called or known by the Name of Harfoot Parks (All but my one fourth part in Thence Parks to be divided as listed and throught) Situate in or near the Village of Trewint on the Parish of Altarnun in the County aforesaid I give devise and bequeath to my Nephew William Hender of the Parish of Altarnun aforesaid Yeoman To have and to hold the same unto the said William Hender his Heirs and Assigns forever on Condition - (Nevertheless that he pays to my Nephew William Reed the Son of my Sister Elizabeth Reed the Sum of Thirty Pounds as soon as he the said William Reed shall find himself an Apprentice to learn some Art Trade or Mystery or shall attain the Age of Twenty Years which ever shall first happen)

And to his Nieces Elizabeth, Mary and Grace the Daughters of his Brother Thomas Hender the Sum of Four Pounds each as they the said Elizabeth, Mary and Grace shall severally and respectively attain the Age of Sixteen Years And in case any or either of them the said Elizabeth, Mary and Grace shall happen to die before they attain that Age, Then it is my Will and Meaning that the Share or Shares of her or them so dying shall go to and be divided amoungst the Survivor or Surviors of them share and Share alike.

3rd - For the payment of which several and respective Sums or Leacies before mentioned I hereby bind my said one Fourth part of the above named Estate called Harfoot Parks I give and bequeath to my Nephews William Wevill and Walter Reed One Quinea in Gold each to be paid to them immediately after my death--

4th I give and bequeath to my Nephews Richard and Matthew Reed and to my Niece Elizabeth Wevill the Sons and Daughter of my Sister Joan Wevill the Sum of Twenty Pounds each to be paid to them in two Several payments equally to be divided 'to witt" the first payment to be made at the Expiration of Twelve Months next after my Death, And the last payment of their several and respective Legacies to be made at the Expiration of one year and half next after my death And in case any or either of them shall happen to die before their several and respective Legacies or any part of portion thereof shall become due, Then it is my Will and Meanning that the Share or Shares of him her or them so dying shall go to and be divided amongst the Survfivor of Survivors of them share and Share alike --

5th I give and bequeath to my Nephew Richard Reed and to my Nieces Mary, Elizabeth, Jane and Joanna Reed the Son and Daughters of my Sister Elizabeth Reed the Sum of Twenty Pounds each to be paid to them in two seveal payments equally to be divided "to witt" The first payment to be made at the Expiration of Twelve Months next after my Death And the last payment of their several and respective Legacies to be made at the Expiration of on Year and half next after my Death And in Case any or either of them shall happen to die before their seveal and respective Legacies or any part or portion thereof shall become due, Then it is my Will and Meaning that the Share or Shares of him her or them sodying shall go to and be divided amongst the Survivor or Survivors of them share and share alike--

6th - I give and bequeath to Joan, Walter and William Dawe the Children of my Niece Joan Dawe lately Deceased Wife of late William Dawe of the said Parish of Lewanick Yeoman likewise lately Deceased the Sume of Three Guineas in Gold each to be paid to them as she the said Joan Dawe shall attain the Age of Twenty one years or day of her Marriage which ever shall first happen or as they the said Walter and William Dawe shall attain the Age ofr Twenty one Years, And in case any or either of them shall happen to die before that Time Then it is my Will and Meaning that the share or Shares of him her or them so dying shall go to and be divided amongst the Survivor or Survivors of them share and Share alike --

7th - I give and bequeath to John, Elizabeth and Robert Peter the Yonger The Children of my Niece Jane Peter deceased, late the Wife of Robert Peter of the Parish of Lewanick aforesaid Yeoman the Several and respective Sums or Legacies "to witt" To John Peter I give the Sum of one Guineas in Gold, to Elizabeth and Robert Peter the Younger I give the Sum of Ten Pounds each to be paid to them as they shall severally and respectively attain the Age of Sixteen Years And in case any or either of them shall happen to die before they attain taht Age, Then it is my Will and Meaning that the share or Shares of him her or them so dying shall go to and be divided amoungst the Survivor or survivors of them share and share alike --

8th - I give and beequeath to my said Niece Elizabeth Reed by Wainscot Bureau or Writing Desk and Drawers --

9th - I give and bequeath to William Wevill the Younger Sone of my Nephew William Wevill my Brass pan which is now at Trekerner __ in the Parish of North Hill in the said county --

10th - I give and bequeath to Susanna Wevill the Daughter of my said Nephew William Wevill one Guinea in Gold to be paid to here immediaely after my death --

11th - I give and bequeath to my said Nephew William Reed by Bell Metal Crock which is now at Trekerner aforesaid --

12th - All my Houshold Goods and Furniture as well up Stairs as down of what kind or nature soever and wheresoever it shall be (Except what I have before given and bequeathed in the Eighth Ninth and Eleventh Articles of this my Will) And likewise all my Wearing Apparel that I shall die possessed of I give and bequeath to my Two Sisters Joan Wevill and Elizabeth Reed share and share alike or to the Survivor of them at the time of my Death --

13th - All Estate of Inheritance called Bennetts Tenament in the Village of Trenhorne in the Parish of Lewanick aforesaid I give devise and bewueath to my Nephew John Wevill the Hounder Son of John Wevill of the said Parish of Lewanick Yeoman To have and to hold the same unto the said John Wevill the Younger his Heirs and Assigns forever In Condition that he the said John Wevill the Younger his Heirs or Assigns or such Person or Persons as the Estate of Inheritance of the aforesaid Estate called Bennetts Tenament shall descend to shall and will well and sufficiently repair maintain and Continue to Keep in good Repair The Two Wall'd Tombs (to Witt) - The one erected or Built on the Remains of my Father and Mother and Sister Jane Luskey and the other on the Remains of my Brother William Luskey within the Consecrated Ground of North Hill Church Yard for tha during so long time as the Incumbent of the said Parish of North Hill shall permit the same to abide and for the payment of the Costs and Charges of each Repairs I hereby bind my said Estate of Inheritance called Bennetts Tenament for and during the Time aforesaid --

14th - And in case any or either of my Nephews or Nieces or Husbands of my Nieced or the Children of any Nephew or Niece or my Executor hereinafter named shall be dissatisfied with the Legacies or Devises made or given from him her or them by this Will and shall commence or proscedute --- Suiots either at Law or in Equity or in any other Court whatsoever whereby my Executor or Devisees or Legatees or any or either of tehm may be discribed in the Possession or Enjoyment of what is given him her or them respecitvely by this my Will Here is my Will and Meaning and I do hereby ordain and declare that the Legacy or Devise made or given to or in favor of such Person or persons shall cease determine and be utterly void and that then and from thenceforth, I do give devise and beueath the same unto and amongst the other Devisees and Legatees of this my Will their Heirs Executors and Administrators in equal Shares and Proportions

15th - Lastly All The Rest Residence and Remainder of my Goods Chattels Monies Securities for Money Personal Estates and all other my Lands and Tenements whatsoever and wheresoever (not herein before given devised and bequeathed and of which I shall happen to die possessed I give devise and bequeath to my Nephew John Wevill the Younger the Son of John Wevill of the Parish of Lewanick aforesaid Yeoman and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever after payment of my Funeral Charges just Debts and Legacies, And I do hereby constitue and Appoint the said John Wevill the Younger to be whole and Sole Executor of this last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will and Wills by me heretofore made--

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will Written on Three Folio Pages of a Single Sheet of Paper Subscribed by Name and Set my Seal at the bottom of each Page the Tenth day of March in the Twenty fourth Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the Third and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty four

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the Testatrix Mary Luskey as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who Subscribed our Names in her presence and at her request

The before written will of the before named Mary Luskey Deced was Proved in Common form 30th December 1791 before the Revd Mr John Fisher Clk Bachelaor of Arts Surrogate etc And Admion of all singular the Goods and so fourth of the siad Deced and of all things howsoever Concerning her said Will was Granted to the Executiror Named being first Sworn etc Saving etc
