Our Bartley Cousins - St Columb MinorFor generations the Bartleys were of the parish of St Columb Minor. If it were not for the somewhat unique name of Hannibal, our Bartley line would have been quite difficult to follow back through its origins and history, back to one Alexander Bartley commonly referred to as Sandry Bartley. On the Bartley Family Page that tracing of our main line Bartley family has been set for. Here from this page we will link to the various sets of Bartley Cousins who fall from those main line families beyond just our own family line which happens to join with the Collett Family of Philleigh. Since our 5th Great Grandfather, Hannibal Bartley, married twice we have 'half cousins' from his second marriage that we will begin with. He first marriage was to Mary Henna by whom was born our 4th Great Grandmother Mary Bartley, their only child. Hannibal remarried Elizabeth Hancock and they had a number of children by whom we have many Bartley 'half-cousin families' to present.
